2015, oil on aluminum, 96 x 78 inches

I am continuously inspired by nature, the flow of water, the flow of wind and the forest.

I have always wanted to learn how to depict water. The flow and shining surface of water seems very difficult to draw. While I was playing with printing Roller with lots of liquid,  I discovered the roller mark leaves water marks. Especially the shining surface of  aluminum makes a great contrast against dark roller marks .

Everything that consists of life is always moving and changing, nothing stays still or the same. Emotion and body, time and space, water and sky…  I discovered the aluminum plate with sticky oil on a roller allowed me a way to express the flow of nature.
